Original Arthur Price oil on canvas/drop cloth fabric with wood moulding at top.  Dated 05. 
Size is 12 wide x 25 tall. I featured this artist in a post last week, but if you do not know who he is, here is a snippet of his bio copied from online

Could this be a self portrait, not sure. 
This is a very cool painting. The wooden part has screws so I believe you can unscrew it if you prefer to have it framed. 
His works sell for upwards of $25,000 depending on size.
